Total Auto Service

Chris and the team are honest and professional. I've been taking my car here the past couple of years for state inspections and other repairs, and they have always been communicative and straightforward. Even had to get my car towed recently, and they fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I'd recommend them if you're in need of an inspection or general repairs.

An honest mechanic I took my car in for brakes and inspection, has over 100k miles on it, and I’ve never had to do anything to it except tires, battery and oil changes. Told them that and to look it over, and they actually told me it was in great shape, and did not try to get any additional services out of me, even though I opened the door for them to do just that. Very refreshing to find honesty in a repair shop.

Excellent service! Kind and responsive staff! I have been coming here for years, and feel grateful to have such a competent, reliable, and friendly place to service my car. My motto is “safety first!” and I feel in very good hands at Total Auto.

Total Automotive has been a golden nugget to find. All of the employees are honest beyond measure, knowledgeable, and don’t try to pull a fast one for tacking on repairs beyond what you come in for. They will let you know only what needs to be repaired and will also tell you what can wait. Their prices are fair and competitive, and I definitely come out lower than if I took my car into the dealership for repairs. You can’t go wrong with Total Automotive.

I trust Total Auto completely after 15 plus years of service; they’ve never steered me wrong and always fixed my Lexus to perfection and they give you the straight story. They’ve been so good over the years all of my family members come here as well. Chris, the manager, and Jay,the assistant manager, are stand-up guys, honest who knows their stuff (all the techs know their stuff as well). The shop is personable, courteous, are true professionals who go above and beyond in terms of customer service. Great place- highly recommend.
